• 1. Membership Benefits: As a Monthly gold Member, you receive: - One (1) free 60-minute massage session (price not higher than $135) per monthly billing cycle Your free session follows your personal billing date — not the calendar month. Example: If you sign up on 12/06/2025, your free session can be used anytime between 12/06/2025 – 01/05/2026. The next free session can be used between 01/06/2026 – 02/05/2026, and so on. - 20% off all additional regular-priced massage services - One free 15-minute infrared sauna session after massage (subject to availability; must be used immediately)

• 2. Initial Setup Fee A one-time $35 setup fee is required at the time of enrollment. This fee is non-refundable.

• 3. No Long-Term Commitment This is a month-to-month membership with no contract or long-term obligation. You may cancel anytime with at least 7 days' written notice before your next billing date.

• 4. Monthly Billing Your card will be charged $99 automatically each month until canceled. It is your responsibility to maintain current payment information.

• 5. Free Session Expiry The included free session expires at the end of each billing cycle and does not roll over. It must be used within the same billing cycle, based on the date you signed up, and may not be split or transferred.

• 6. Sessions with Anya or Patrick Booking with Anya (An) or Patrick by using free monthly session will incur an additional $20, due at the time of service.

• 7. Non-Transferable This membership is for individual use only and may not be shared, gifted, or transferred.
