• Please come 10 minutes earlier to your scheduled visit ensuring that we can begin your appointment with punctuality, if not ahead of schedule. In consideration to the customers booked after you, a late entry might necessitate a shorter appointment time at the planned fee.
• Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: We all know that time is the most important resource we have. With a reputable credit card, we require that appointments be safeguarded against delayed cancellation or postponing. If you require a postponement of a treatment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel, reschedule or reduce (you ask for reduce of your appointment time less than 24 hours, will be charge 100% as an original appointment. For example, you arrive at the spa and ask the front desk to reduce from 90 minutes to 60 minutes, the price will be 90 minutes massage). This provides adequate time for the spa to fill appointments. Delayed cancellations or rescheduling will be billed charged 50% and no-shows will be billed charged 100% of treatments scheduled. Even if a customer fails to show up, the spa must pay its staff. This strategy enables us to keep excellent workers.
• Please be quiet: When checking in at Bhuddha Raksa, please switch off your cell phone and talk quietly. We are a refuge for people who come here to unwind and relish a peaceful, stress-relieving environment.
• Children: We urge that you refrain from bringing youngsters to the Bhuddha Raksa in order to preserve the tranquil ambiance. Minors under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, and all kids under the age of 18 must have an individual older than 18 sign their initial consultation document. It is the job of the individual older than 18 to keep an eye on the child's actions.
• Payment Methods: We take cash, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit cards. We do not take personal checks.
• Gratuities are not included in your spa service prices. Each service provider is expected to get a 20% or higher tip. When leaving, please leave any tips at the front desk. Tipping envelopes are available at the front desk for cash tips, or you can charge tipping to your credit card. Tipping is not mandatory, but it is always appreciated.
• Jewelry/Valuables: Please leave your jewelry and possessions at home if at all feasible, since you will not require them during your spa session. If you do bring such goods, be sure not to leave them in treatment areas.
• Communicating Your Desires: Almost every element of your treatment may be tailored to your desires, including the amount of pressure, the lighting, the type of music played, the table temperature, and whether you want to converse or enjoy the session in quiet. Please feel free to ask any queries you may have. Your therapist will value knowing what you're thinking and getting to the bottom of any problems you're having.
• Ease of access: There is a handicapped-accessible entry at 2460 Mission entrance individuals onto tables or pedicure chairs is prohibited by spa workers. Try bringing a personal care assistant if such help is necessary. Bhuudha Raksa is handicapped accessible and wheelchairs are welcome. There are handicapped-accessible bathrooms available. • Towels and robes are supplied to make you warm and comfortable. Therapists are well-versed in the "art of draping," which entails leaving the treatment room while you change into a blanket on the massage table and remaining completely covered except for the region of the body they are massaging. They also depart before you get up from the treatment table. In addition, during a Thai massage session, we give a completely clothed service.

• Kindly bring your photo ID to the reception area when leaving to qualify 15% discount if this is your first visit with us.

• This is a Professional Spa: Our licensed therapists and estheticians are all here to assist you in improving your overall wellbeing and comfort. If a therapist suspects a client is acting improperly, they have the authority to immediately terminate therapy and refer you to the front counter.
• Right to Reject Service: We retain the choice to deny or terminate service to anybody who exhibits improper or disturbing conduct in our Spa environment with fully charge amount of service value.
